In the decades since, Biltmore Winery has grown and tested numerous grape varietals. Today, six varietals – Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon, Chardonnay, Merlor, Rieslin, and Viognier – have proven to be well-suited for growing here in the Blue Ridge Mountains.
