Wrap around porch where you can sit, relax, and enjoy the sounds of a quiet stream.
1st Floor: Living Room with Gas Fireplace, TV, DVD/DVR in family room, Dining Room, Kitchen, Bedroom with queen size bed & full bath.
2nd Floor: (upstairs) Master Bedroom with King size bed TV/ DVD & full bath, 3rd Bedroom with two queen beds & Full Bath, Open Loft Area with Game Table
** Small dogs permitted but no cats with $107 Non refundable Fee.**
Jan - Dec: Weekly $1,470.00, extra nights: $245.00

All blankets and bedspreads will be removed from the beds as they are more difficult to get cleaned quickly. Clean sheets and pillowcases will be placed on each bed, as always.

Tenants with motorcycles and trailers, please note:
The Eagles nest subdivision does not permit motorcycles or trailers on the mountain. However, they can be left at our rental and sales center parking lot. For any questions or concerns please contact us.

This was a nice retreat location during the winter. We stayed for two weeks the first week was my husband and I and the second week we had two other couples join us.
The bedrooms are a nice size. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and utensils. The living room is a bit small. The heat works well and the water is very hot when needed.
We shared a couple concerns with the rental office which are being addressed.
The main floor has a bedroom which is perfect for someone that may have challenges with stairs. We hope to return to this property with our parents.
This is a nice community which we have enjoyed staying in many time.

Everything was perfect from start to finish. Renting was easy, instructions were clear, check-in and check-out was a breeze. The rental was spotless and there were no issues at all. We had a wonderful time. Love this house with each bedroom having it own bathroom. The house was clean, beds comfortable, kitchen stocked well, and good outdoor space.

We rented this cabin for the bridesmaids to spend the weekend prior to a wedding at Laurel Ridge country club. The girls had a great time. There was plenty of room for the five girls.

The house was perfect for my family. 7 of us stayed there, hubby and I, 3 adult kids and 2 spouses, of course our pooch Zoey was welcome! ! We enjoyed thanksgiving dinner at the house. There were 12 of us for dinner and the house handled the group fine. The house has a great view from all windows. House was clean and cozy. Highly recommend it

As always we enjoy staying at this cabin. We have been vacationing in Maggie now for 10 years and we always try to book this home. The main reason is the playground as it is literally 50 steps down and the location/neighborhood is gated. We have a daughter that loves to sleep on the bunk bed and likes to have her own bathroom across the hall. There is plenty of space for 2 families and I enjoy the loft area because that is where we gather to plan family games. This home has everything you need to cook and it provides a beautiful & cozy fireplace. The view in the winter is absolutely beautiful. The only reason why I would not rate it a 5 starts for the general condition is because the mattresses on the bunk beds and the bedroom downstairs are not comfortable at all. The master bedroom upstairs is just simply relaxing. The home has 2 TV's wished it had an extra TV in the room where the bunk beds are located. Having WIFI service was wonderful because I was able to connect my laptop and the kids played on their iPads. The property has a picnic table outside and a wrap-around porch with a swing that was one of my favorite spot to sit and listen to the birds, wind and enjoy the cold temperatures. The playground area is safe and there is a creek right next to the playground. You do not need a 4W-drive vehicle as the home is not on an incline. It is very centrally located literally 15 minutes to Waynesville and about 30 minutes to Cherokee & Asheville. The fact that the home is pet-friendly is also a plus! You will not regret your stay at Four Season's Retreat!

Even though it rained, rained, rained and rained some more all week long, our family really did enjoyed our stay at Four was very clean and neat. The streams were rushing all around us and we were able to sit on the big porch and just listen and experience peace and calm. The kids really enjoyed the table upstairs where they played board games all week long. The internet was slow and the kitchen needs more serving bowls and big spoons,but even with these small negatives we intend to stay at this home again.
