Main Floor: Open living area with wood burning fireplace, dining room with a fireplace as well, kitchen, 1/2 bath, master king bedroom with master bathroom.
Upper level: Loft with seating area, 2 King master bedrooms each with own master bathrooms.
Lower level: Master King bedroom, large family room with pool table, wet bar, gas fireplace.
1 week minimum stay required.
Low Season:
Jan-June, Sept, Nov and Dec. (3 night min stay in Nov & Dec excluding Holiday weeks)
$475 nightly / $3,125 weekly
High Season:
July, August, October.
$525 nightly / $3,475 weekly.
Holidays:
July 4th, Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year.
$550 nightly / $3,650 weekly.
11% Tax applied to rent. Optional 6.5% Travel Insurance applied to rent.
$50 Damage Protection Plan ($3,000 of Insurance).
$175 Hot Tub Cleaning Fee.
$65 Reservation Fee (plus Tax)
$350 Cleaning Fee.
Firewood Notice: Not all wood-burning fireplaces will provide firewood at the property. We can have firewood delivered to the property per request, we offer 1/4 cord for $100 or 1/2 cord for $180. Please order ahead before your arrival.
Tenants with motorcycles and trailers, please note:
The Eagles nest subdivision does not permit motorcycles or trailers on the mountain. However, they can be left at our rental and sales center parking lot. For any questions or concerns please contact us.

This was our first time in this cabin and we loved it the second we walked in. Magnolia Concierge helped me get a Christmas tree setup before we got there so opening the door we saw the tree in a beautiful cabin.
Plenty of room with massive bedrooms makes you feel like spreading out. Not too many goofy games inside, just a nice pool table and a few things in the garage. We found some board games and puzzles and lots of books to read.
The TV's were great and streamed with minimal issues from connection and I was able to sign in to my own Netflix and Apple TV accounts (don't forget to sign out). This is mountain internet so it’s important to set expectations. We downloaded a bunch of movies before we left just in case. There is a DVD player but no Blu-ray. Easy to use remote.
For a winter trip with expected snow, the driveway to the garage was a little dicey. We just parked under the overhang area in front. The snowy road was plowed but still had some ice. Highly recommend a 4x4 or you going to have to wait until everything melts. It took about a day for the plow to reach us but it was Christmas so it might be faster otherwise. We knew the storm was coming so we stocked up on supplies/wood so we could just enjoy the snow without worrying about food. Having no plow for a day worked out well for sledding!
If you don't scare easily, you can sled a long way down the road from the cabin but it’s a long way back up. It was a great trip and everyone loved the cabin and it's location. It's way up there!

We have rented over past 15+ years from SMR, and own a lot on Eagle Nest Mtn. Tranquility Trace is Terrific. Great experience . Only snafu was Hot water issue.. Wifi seemed a challenge..with TVs
